PROGRESS REPORT
Since becoming the Breakout band 2008, Jar Music has worked closely with After The Ice, and their management, for the past 2 years. During this time After The Ice have been signed to Warner Music Group secured a deal with QPR football club (owned by Bernie Eccleston (F1) and Falvio Breattore), to perform pre-match live shows at the stadium, completed a 3 month European tour that included dates at some of Europe's major festivals. In 2011 they will be embarking on another UK and European tour to promote the new album. The tour Includes 10 shows at venues in Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw and Rzeszow and festival appearances at Fort Misja Festival in Ukraine, Heineken Festival and "Przystanek Woodstock" 2 of Poland's biggest festivals. The London based band was formed in early 2007. Their debut EP "It Happens All The Time" featured on the US's ABC Fame Games radio show and broadcast in 150 countries worldwide. This saw ATI win "Best Male Vocalist" in their Effigy Awards in January 2009, as well as being nominated for Best Indie Group and Best Song. The band has toured Spain, France and Slovakia.
The band recently released their eagerly awaited 2nd album "Commence", which made the playlist of 13 European and 9 US radio stations and is available on itunes. The band will embark on a 2nd European tour, arranged in part with Jar Music Group's promotion and booking agents. Dates already confirmed are Fort Misja Festival in Ukraine, Heineken Festival,10 shows in Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw & Rzeszow and a possible slot at Poland's biggest festival "Przystanek Woodstock" is also being discussed.
